Jasmine is an esteemed and dedicated member of our Ignite team at Firecircle. She is both a business mentor and a professional coach, carrying both designations – and a whole lot of letters after her name because that’s just how much stuff she’s good at. Our favourite image of Jasmine is of her smiling face on Zoom over her favourite coffee mug that declares how much she loves Excel. How can we not love her?

We can’t be sure if Jasmine started her career while she was still in junior high school because we’re in awe of how she’s achieved so much, so fast. Thinking fast is also one of Jasmine’s gifts: she is an accomplished human resources executive who has experience across several industries including technology, professional services (law and accounting), retail, and entertainment. Jasmine most recently held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at a Toronto-based FinTech.

Jasmine is the founder of her own leadership, executive, and culture coaching company, Moli Atelier, as well as the co-founder and principal at Trois Collective, a human resources and fractional leadership consultancy. She is also involved in the angel investment community as a Limited Partner in the Women’s Equity Lab (Toronto). And did we mention she loves Excel?

Community engagement is incredibly important to Jasmine, who currently serves as a Director on the Paralympic Foundation of Canada Board of Directors, is a past member of the Simon Fraser University Alumni Association Board of Directors, was a founding Board Member and former Chair of the JDC West Board of Directors and has completed the Innovation Governance Program (iGP) run by Canadian Council of Innovators, an executive leadership program providing corporate governance training for directors to serve on the boards of high technology companies. That was in her spare time.

Originally from the wild west coast, Jasmine enjoys travelling when she is able to. She has lived abroad in Vienna, Glasgow, and Beijing, and has been fortunate to have explored many areas of the world including memorable trips to Rapa Nui in Chile and hiking to the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. We are not surprised by the mountain peak part! Jasmine calls Toronto home these days and we’re thrilled to have her fearless and thoughtful participation on our Firecircle team.
